This is my very first Chef's knife design and first real knife I made. I came up with this design by combining some aspects from other designs I've seen. I'm sure there's another design like it out there, but I haven't seen one yet. The updates I made to this version 1 design were to smooth out the curves on the back of the handle a bit, I made the handle a bit longer, and made the blade height a bit taller to keep customers with big hands from hitting their knuckles when doing a rocking chopping motion.
