This is my filet knife. It has a great feel in your hand and has good flex to it to accommodate most types of fish fileting. The stainless steel is very thin, which makes for a light knife to hold, and I've found a great handle option in the Sure Touch G10, which has a rubbery-like feel to it. This gives you good consistent grip...a good thing for filet knives, which are commonly wet and have fish slime on them.
