This is my filet knife. It has a great feel in your hand and has good flex to it to accommodate most types of fish fileting. The stainless steel is very thin, which makes for a light knife to hold. The Kirinite is a really cool material. It provides an incredible finish, and when it gets wet the grip actually gets better! It gives you good consistent grip...a good thing for filet knives, which are commonly wet and have fish slime on them.
